The platform client for hosted Ironbrain at app.ironbrain.de. Cursor and Cloud Agents connect over HTTP MCP with OAuth—mail, calendar, connectors, and catalog tools run through your org on the platform. Adapter secrets stay on Ironbrain, not on the bot host.

Why Ironbrain MCP?

If you already use hosted Ironbrain, bots should talk to the platform—not install a separate mailbox MCP with secrets on the agent host. Ironbrain MCP authenticates as your Ironbrain user (OAuth), uses org connectors and the Outbox, and keeps IMAP/SMTP/CalDAV credentials on the API.

    Connect to https://app.ironbrain.de/api/mcp with the public OAuth client. Login and consent happen on Ironbrain—no IMAP password in the agent environment.

    Outbox Freigabe (HITL)

    Side effects enqueue to the Ironbrain Outbox for human approval before they run—so agents propose, and you confirm.

    Org connectors & catalog

    Use platform mail/calendar tools and org-installed external MCP connectors through the same Freigabe path. Capabilities surface via tools such as list_available_actions and whoami.

    Built for Cloud Agents

Standalone pure MCP

Self-hosted IMAP/SMTP/CalDAV with credentials on the bot host. No Freigabe / Outbox. For users without hosted Ironbrain. See the MailCal product page.

You need an Ironbrain account on app.ironbrain.de. Add the HTTP MCP URL and public OAuth client id in Cursor—Cloud Agents use composer + → MCP Servers (not the dashboard Plugins page).
